Catastrophic Loss — World Trade Center Disaster |
We were retained to assist a law firm that occupied several floors in the World Trade Center (WTC) with their economic
claims following the WTC disaster. We were asked to quantify the significant economic impact components of the disaster, including
business interruption, lost value due to long-term lease issues, office build-out cost, and property loss.
Our analysis was used to support an expedited settlement with the law firm's insurance carrier.
