We were retained by a major bank to assist in their defense regarding numerous shareholder lawsuits in this massive energy industry litigation.
Our work included analysis of numerous entities and significant transactions regarding various liability issues.
A second major aspect of this work entailed damage modeling. We performed a sophisticated event study analysis over a five year period
of time including analysis and comparison to dozens of competitors.
